What's included with installation?
Our HVAC installation packages include all materials and labor needed for a standard equipment replacement "changeout". The technician will also perform a risk-free site inspection if needed, and removal of old HVAC equipment. Any necessary permit fees will incur extra costs. Rooftop installations will incur extra costs for crane rental (Example: rooftop packaged units, outdoor condensing units on roof, etc.). Should your project require any custom work, you will have the opportunity to review the updated cost and can choose to cancel your installation with no penalty.
How quickly will my equipment be installed?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a call, email, or text message from our staff to schedule a pre-inspection (if needed) and schedule an installation date.
The pre-installation inspection typically takes place within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. The installation then typically takes place 1-3 business days after that. We will schedule both the pre-inspection (if needed) and installation with you at a time that works best, usually in the morning, during regular working hours on a weekday (Monday-Friday). On the day of your installation, your assigned technician(s) will arrive with all the equipment and materials needed to complete the job.
Will my equipment be covered under warranty?
Our installation packages meet all manufacturer requirements for full warranty coverage and include equipment registration.
Who installs my equipment?
EZ Plenum installation jobs are performed by our network of qualified professionals. Our installers meet our high standards of quality, professionalism, and reliability. In addition to that, each job is backed by a 1-Year Workmanship guarantee.
