EZPlenum.com is not liable for and does not warrant the fitness of any equipment for any particular application. EZPlenum.com is not responsible or liable for any suggestions that it may provide concerning system sizing and/or selection. Any issues or decisions regarding system sizing and/or selection must be resolved and/or reached solely by the consumer and should not be based on any information or suggestions from EZPlenum.com. All products must be installed according to manufacturer's installation instructions and safety guidelines. All work must be done according to applicable building, installation, and/or maintenance codes. Products sold by EZPlenum.com must be installed by a licensed professional. EZPlenum.com covers parts only under warranty. Installer is responsible for any applicable labor warranty. EZPlenum.com does not endorse or recommend any contractor or service. EZPlenum.com cannot be held liable for any issues/problems you may experience with your chosen contractor. It is up to you (the customer) to exercise due diligence when selecting a contractor. Contractors are not acting as agents, employees, partners, or otherwise of EZPlenum.com. EZPlenum.com is not liable for contractor selection or issues arising from interactions or agreements with contractors not employed by or contracted with EZPlenum.com. EZPlenum.com assumes no responsibility for ensuring that contractors are properly licensed, qualified, bonded or insured. Purchaser hereby acknowledges that federal law prohibits opening the refrigeration lines of any equipment purchased on this website or through any subsidiary of EZPlenum.com. A properly licensed professional must handle the refrigerant contained in any unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for the installation and/or maintenance of the unit/system in accordance with applicable building, installation, and/or maintenance code requirements.
Roofing & Exterior Applications; Site Conditions; Work by Others
For products used in roofing and/or exterior building applications, including but not limited to roof vents, exterior vents, wall caps, louvers, hoods, reducers, transitions, collars, flashing-related components, and related accessories, all installation, roof openings, wall openings, flashing, sealing, fastening, pipe connections, reducer connections, transitions, slope, drainage, clearances, code compliance, field conditions, and integration with the roof, wall, or exterior building system are the sole responsibility of the buyer, owner, roofing contractor, installing contractor, general contractor, and/or other responsible parties on site. We supply products as components only and do not provide roofing, exterior envelope, leak detection, design, engineering, installation, supervision, inspection, or approval services. We do not guarantee roof vents or other roofing/exterior products to be leak-proof in all conditions, nor do we guarantee that such products will prevent water intrusion from wind-driven rain, torrential rain, storm conditions, improper installation, site conditions, or work performed by others. We are not responsible for conditions arising from or related to improper installation, field modification, site conditions, roof or wall openings, flashing, sealing, pipe or reducer connections, transitions, building conditions, maintenance, misuse, handling, storage, or work performed by others. We do not authorize or accept responsibility for labor, removal, reinstallation, roofing repairs, exterior building repairs, leak investigation, water intrusion damages, back charges, offsets, deductions, chargebacks, or any work, services, claims, or obligations performed or asserted by others. No corrective work, repair, replacement, deduction, back charge, or third-party service shall be binding upon EZ Plenum.
Product Lead Time and Shipping Times
While we stock some of the product we sell, due to the nature of manufacturing and logistics we sometimes experience longer than expected lead times. By ordering from us you (the customer) agree that EZPlenum.com is not liable for any consequential damages resulting from delays to shipping, changed/delayed lead times or any other issues outside of our control. Any issues or decisions regarding lead times, changes in lead times, or delays must be resolved and/or reached solely by the consumer and should not be based on information from EZPlenum.com. Shipping transit times start once your order leaves our warehouse and are based on a 5 day work week not weekends or holidays. Transit times are normally determined by a few factors such as your location within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, the products availability, weather conditions, affiliate delivery services and shipping company's delivery availability. Due to those factors, transit times are not guaranteed and may change without notice. We strongly recommend scheduling the professional installation of your product(s) only once you have your product(s) not when they ship.
Pricing and Information Accuracy
We make every effort to prevent errors in pricing or information, no warranty or guarantee is made regarding the accuracy of the product information or pricing on EZPlenum.com. Images used by EZPlenum.com are stock images, and may not directly reflect the exact appearance of the delivered product. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. If you believe there is an error pricing or information, please contact us so that we may investigate and correct any errors.

Resale, Competitive Use & Intellectual Property Protection
EZ Plenum designs and manufactures proprietary HVAC products, including but not limited to architectural linear slot diffusers and related components. Certain products are protected under patent pending status and may be subject to additional intellectual property protections.
By purchasing from EZ Plenum, the buyer agrees that products may not be purchased for the purpose of reverse engineering, replication, duplication, competitive analysis, benchmarking, or unauthorized resale without prior written authorization from EZ Plenum.
All product designs, configurations, CAD files, specifications, and manufacturing methods remain the exclusive intellectual property of EZ Plenum.
EZ Plenum reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order that appears to be placed for competitive replication, intellectual property misuse, or unauthorized commercial redistribution.
Unauthorized reproduction, commercialization, or exploitation of EZ Plenum proprietary designs — including products identified as patent pending — may result in legal action.
