This is a R6-rated fiberglass "knocked-down" linear plenum box that fits a 48"-inch 2-slot (1"-inch slot width) linear diffuser grille. This linear plenum box is shipped "knocked-down", meaning it is prefabricated but requires assembling (tape is NOT included). The standard height of our linear plenum boxes when assembled are about 12"-inches high.

This plenum box is manufactured to fit most 2-slot (1"-inch slot width) linear grilles, however, there are exceptions... therefore please see product specifications below for duct opening size and overall dimensions to confirm it will fit your brand grille/diffuser (if you need something custom-built to fit, share your grille manufacturer submittal sheet with us).

Keep in mind, we also manufacturer these "assembled" for distributors and for those who rather have an assembled plenum box. We have "assembled" versions listed on our website for sale.
